If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us using the email address below. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, and subscription information will be permanently deleted.
When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
• Your account information (email, name)
• Reading progress and bookmarks
• Highlights and notes
• Subscription and purchase history
• All other data associated with your account
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information in your email:
• Your account email address
• Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
• Any additional information that may help us locate your account
We will process your account deletion request within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
If you only want to cancel your subscription but keep your account, you can do so directly in the app:
• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Odyssey
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Odyssey
Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but will not delete your account or data.
